Short version: if you book a call or send an email, we keep what you tell us so we can have a useful conversation. We don't sell it, we don't advertise to you, and we don't track you around the internet.

This site is operated by Tellico AI Solutions LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company based in Knoxville, Tennessee. "We" and "us" mean that company. This policy covers this website and the enquiries that come through it. Work we do under a signed consulting agreement is governed by the confidentiality terms of that agreement, not by this page.
When you book a call. The booking form asks for your name, your email address, your business name, and a short description of the process you'd like to talk about. Scheduling runs on Google Workspace, so the booking is created in our Google Calendar and the confirmation email is sent through Google.
When you email or phone us. Whatever you choose to send or tell us, along with your contact details.
Automatically, when you visit. Our host, Cloudflare, records standard technical information for every request — IP address, browser type, which page was requested, and when. This is ordinary server logging, used to keep the site available and to block abuse. We don't use it to build a profile of you. Separately, a Cloudflare script in each page counts page views — see Cookies and tracking below for exactly what that does and doesn't do.
We set no cookies of our own. There are no advertising trackers, no social media pixels, and nothing that follows you to other sites. That's why you weren't asked to dismiss a cookie banner.
Two things load from somewhere other than us, and both are worth naming.
The booking calendar on our book a call page is provided by Google and loads inside our page. Google may set its own cookies within that calendar, and what happens there is governed by Google's privacy policy rather than this one.
And every page loads a small analytics script from Cloudflare, who host this site. It counts page views, so we can tell which pages people actually read. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, doesn't identify you, and can't follow you to other sites — which is why it doesn't trigger a consent banner either. Aggregate counts are all we get from it, and all we want.
Nothing else on this site loads from anyone else.
That's the whole list. We don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't send marketing you didn't ask for.
Two service providers handle data on our behalf, and only to provide their service to us:
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising. If we're ever legally required to disclose something, we'll do so only to the extent required.
Booking and enquiry records are kept while we're in contact about possible work, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back. If nothing comes of a conversation, we delete the enquiry within two years. Records connected to signed engagements are kept longer, because contracts, invoices, and tax records have to be.
Email privacy@tellicoai.com and ask, and we'll tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You don't need a reason and you won't be asked for one. If you've booked a call and changed your mind, cancelling the booking is enough — the calendar entry goes with it.
This site is for business enquiries and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If what we collect changes, we'll update this page and change the date at the top. There's no version history to dig through — the current page is the current policy.
